Residents of Balamban are advised to remain vigilant following reports of an unauthorized individual/s conducting house-to-house “surveys” and requesting to check faucets inside private homes.

Please be informed:

This individual/s is/are NOT affiliated with Balamban Water District.
BWD personnel do NOT conduct faucet inspections inside homes.

All legitimate BWD staff:
✅Wear official uniforms with company IDs
✅Perform duties strictly during authorized working hours

For your safety:

❌ Do not allow strangers to enter your home
🔍 Always verify identification before engaging with anyone claiming to be a utility worker
