Bukas, 13 August 2026, sama-sama nating ipagdiriwang ang 2026 International Youth Day (IYD) sa pamamagitan ng “𝙆𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖-𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣, 𝙆𝙖𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣: 2026 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙜𝙤 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.”

Ang 2026 IYD ay may temang “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations.” Kinikilala nito na magkakaiba man ang kalagayan, karanasan, at konteksto ng mga kabataan, marami pa rin tayong pinagsasaluhang hangarin para sa oportunidad, makabuluhang pakikilahok, edukasyon, disenteng trabaho, at mas magandang kinabukasan.

Sa ating Kabataan Fair, makikita ang iba't ibang mukha ng pagkilos ng kabataan na pangungunahan ng mga Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) member organizations na magtatampok ng kanilang mga programa, adbokasiya, proyekto, at youth-led initiatives. Magkakaiba man ang kanilang larangan at paraan ng pagkilos, nagtatagpo ang mga ito sa iisang hangarin—ang makapag-ambag sa kapwa kabataan at sa pag-unlad ng ating pamayanan.

Ang aktibidad ay pangungunahan ng Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) — City of Balanga , sa pakikipagtulungan ng City MISO, City GSO, at SM City Bataan.

Iba-ibang konteksto. Iisang hangarin. Sama-samang pagkilos para sa kabataan at pamayanan. 💙💛

The youth isn’t just the 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲—𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Today, we celebrate the voices, ideas, and actions of young people who continue to make a difference in their communities.

KWENTUHAN TAYO BATAENO NGAYONG LINGGO NG KABATAAN

Bilang paghahanda sa nalalapit na pagdiriwang ng Linggo ng Kabataan, pag-uusapan po natin ang iba't ibang programa ng Bataan Youth Development Office (BYDO). Kasabay nito ang pagbibigay-pugay sa mga natatanging kabataan na nagpakita ng kahusayan sa kani-kanilang larangan.

Makakasama natin sina Provincial Youth Development Officer Joie Dee Rubiano, SK Chairman Christian Santos at Board Exam Topnotcher sa Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) na si Emarvin Gregorio upang ibahagi ang mga programa, oportunidad, at inspirasyong hatid para sa ating kabataan.

Abangan din ang ating mga palaro at magkaroon ng pagkakataong manalo ng Smart Load worth ₱500, 1Bataan Merchandise at Gift Certificates mula sa:

- KDR Adventure Camp

Have you ever wondered who's responsible for creating youth programs in your City or Municipality?

Many young people know about the SK, but not everyone knows that there's also a 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗟𝗬𝗗𝗢) working to support youth development.

From leadership trainings and volunteer opportunities to youth consultations and capacity-building programs, the LYDO plays a vital role in helping young people grow and participate in their communities.

𝟯𝗥𝗗 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗕𝗬𝗗𝗖 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

The Bataan Youth Development Council (BYDC) successfully conducted its 3rd Quarterly Session on July 25, 2026, at the PSWDO Conference Room.

The session was spearheaded by the Council Chairperson, Hon. Lovely Joy Poblete, bringing together council members to discuss key initiatives and strengthen collaboration in advancing youth development across the Province of Bataan.

One of the highlights of the session was the presentation of the upcoming provincial celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026. The planned activities were presented by the PSWDO – Local Youth Development Division, headed by Ms. Joie Dee Rubiano, together with SK Provincial Federation President Hon. Lovely Joy Poblete, providing the Council with updates on the lineup of activities and preparations for this year’s celebration.

The BYDC remains committed to fostering collaboration among youth-serving institutions and ensuring that programs and initiatives continue to empower the young people of Bataan.

Hindi sapat ang hangaring manalo, ang tunay na sukatan ng isang lider ay ang kahandaan niyang maglingkod.

Sa nalalapit na Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan Elections, mahalagang pag-isipan hindi lamang kung sino ang tatakbo, kundi kung sino ang may kakayahan, integridad, at malasakit na mamuno.

Ang mahusay na pamumuno ay nagsisimula sa pag-unawa sa komunidad, pakikinig sa mamamayan, at pananagutan sa bawat desisyong ginagawa.

🌱 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 🌱

Last July 4, 2026, at Brgy. San Antonio, Bagac, Bataan, young leaders came together to take meaningful action for the environment through Sulong Kabataan para sa Kalikasan.

Spearheaded by the PSWDO–Local Youth Development Division (LYDD) in partnership with Center for Disaster Preparedness Foundation, Inc., YoungBEAN, and the LGU of Brgy. San Antonio, under the leadership of Hon. Reynold Umandap, together with SK Municipal Federation President Hon. Erwin Sales and LYDO Lida Rodriguez, the activity showcased the power of youth-driven collaboration for a greener and more resilient future.
