Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 133, government offices shall implement appropriate alternative work arrangements, while alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented for classes at all levels in public and private schools on September 01, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat):

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Suspendido ang face-to-face classes bukas, Miyerkules, ika-19 ng Agosto, sa lahat ng antas ng mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Lalawigan ng Bataan, alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 129 ng Malacañang. Hinihikayat ang mga paaralan na ipatupad ang kanilang Alternative Learning Modes tulad ng online o modular.

Samantala, ipatutupad naman ang alternative work arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Bataan. Maaari ring magpasya ang mga LGU sa nararapat na work arrangement sa kanilang nasasakupan, alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular ng Malacañang.

Patuloy namang magbibigay-serbisyo ang mga ahensyang nangangasiwa sa basic at health services, disaster preparedness and response, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo.

Ang suspension o alternative work arrangements sa pribadong sektor ay nasa pagpapasya ng kani-kanilang management.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 17

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 127, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces starting 12:00 noon on August 17, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Quezon
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

WORK SCHEDULE NG PAMAHALAANG PANLALAWIGAN | AUGUST 17-20

Nais po nating ipabatid sa publiko na sa ika-17 hanggang ika-20 ng Agosto, ang mga tanggapan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ay bukas mula ika-8 ng umaga hanggang ika-5 ng hapon.

Samantala, ang Office of the Provincial Treasurer at Office of the Provincial Assessor naman ay mananatiling bukas mula ika-7 ng umaga hanggang ika-6 ng hapon sa nasabing mga petsa.

Ito po ay alinsunod sa CSC Resolution No. 2600838 dahil isang Special Non-Working Holiday ang ika-21 ng Agosto.
