1. What will be the mode of learning this Academic Year 2026-2027?
At least 60% of the academic load per semester will be taught onsite at BPSU Balanga Campus. One or two subjects per semester will be conducted online. This is subject to applicable Legal Education Board rules.
2. What are the usual schedule of classes?
Weekday classes usually start at 5:30 PM and ends at 9:30 PM. Saturday classes are usually from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
3. Where can we get the application form?

4. How much is the tuition fee for this coming Academic Year 2026-2027?
The total fee is less than P25,000 per semester. This amount may be adjusted in the following academic years.
5. Are scholarships available in the College of Law?
The BPSU Administration has ongoing discussions with government agencies and private entities so that scholarships can be made available in the coming semesters. We will continue to work for more accessible legal education opportunities. Follow the Official BPSU page for updates.
6. My request for transcript of records (TOR) is still being processed in my previous school. What other documents may I submit while waiting for my TOR?
You may attach your official Report of Grades with a letter of undertaking addressed to the Dean, stating that you will submit the TOR before the end of the first semester if you qualify for enrollment.
All TOR submitted should indicate:

7. Do you accept transferees?
We will not accept transferees this AY 2026-2027.
8. Is underloading allowed?
Underloading will not be allowed for the First Semester of AY 2026-2027. Underloading in the following semesters will be subject to the approval of the Dean.
9. How many sections and year levels will be opened this academic year?
For AY 2026-2027, the College of Law will open one section for Year Level 1. More sections will be added in the next academic years.
