BATAAN PNP CELEBRATES RETIREMENT HONORS FOR PLTCOL ORBISTA AND PEMS SAMBAT
The Bataan Police Provincial Office paid tribute to PLTCOL DENNIS R ORBISTA and PEMS CHRISTOPHER B SAMBAT during a retirement ceremony, the “Salamat Kapatid,” held on August 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Conference Room of Camp PFC Cirilo S Tolentino, Balanga City, Bataan. Family members, fellow police officers, friends, and colleagues gathered to honor PLTCOL ORBISTA's more than 25 years and PEMS Sambat’s more than 23 years of dedicated service to the Philippine National Police. During the ceremony, both retirees shared meaningful stories from their law enforcement journey, including the experiences, challenges, and lessons that shaped their commitment to public service, peace and order, and their deep appreciation for the people of Bataan whom they had faithfully served.
In her message, Provincial Director PCOL MARITES A SALVADORA expressed her heartfelt gratitude and admiration for the dedication and invaluable contributions of PLTCOL ORBISTA, who served as our DPDO, and PEMS Sambat as a personnel of Bataan PPO. She emphasized that retirement is not the end of one’s mission, but the beginning of a new and meaningful chapter—one that provides more time for family, personal growth, new opportunities, and continued service to the community in different ways. The “Salamat Kapatid” ceremony served as a fitting tribute to their legacy, recognizing not only their years of honorable service but also the lasting impact they have made on their families, fellow PNP personnel, and the communities throughout Bataan.
