The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Regional Office No. III formally welcomes Atty. Sarah Buena S. Mirasol as its new Regional Director (RD) during a turnover ceremony held at DOLE Regional Office Conference Room in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Regional Director Geraldine M. Panlilio formally turned over the symbolic key of responsibility to RD Mirasol, marking the transition of leadership in the regional office.

RD Mirasol brings extensive regional leadership experience having served for 9 years in the Department. Before her most recent assignment as the regional director of DOLE National Capital Region since 2019, she served as Assistant Regional Director of the same office and Regional Director of DOLE Region II.

Meanwhile, RD Panlilio served 36 years of experience in the Department, beginning as a clerical and technical staff in DOLE Region 3. She then rose up the ranks and held various key positions including Chief Labor and Employment Officer, Assistant Regional Director, and OIC-Regional Director, before serving as a full-fledged Regional Director of Central Luzon in 2021. Currently, she takes her new assignment as the Regional Director of DOLE Region V - Bicol.

The whole DOLE Central Luzon team looks forward to RD Mirasol's leadership as the region strengthens Secretary Francis Tolentino's labor agenda and impactful service across Central Luzon.

The DOLE Bataan Field Office joined the FAB 12th Stakeholders’ Night held on August 25, 2026, at the AFAB Auditorium in Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB), Mariveles, Bataan.

During the ceremony, DOLE Bataan received the "𝐅𝐀𝐁𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝” in recognition of its valuable partnership and contributions to the Freeport’s operations and development during 2024–2025.

The two-year awarding ceremony honored enterprises, workers, and partner institutions whose dedication, collaboration, and support have contributed to the continued growth and development of the Freeport.

DOLE Bataan remains committed to strengthening partnerships with stakeholders and supporting programs that promote decent work, workers’ welfare, and inclusive economic development in Bataan.
