𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗜𝗡 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗬 💙

Last July 18, 2026, the Limay Alliance of Youth Advocates (LAYA) participated in the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) Meeting led by the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) and the SK Federation of Limay.

During the meeting, LAYA proposed a youth leadership capacity development initiative aimed at equipping young leaders with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to lead their communities effectively. As the number of active youth leaders continues to decline, investing in leadership development is essential to empowering the next generation and ensuring meaningful youth participation in local governance.

Together, we continue to build a stronger, more empowered, and future-ready youth sector in Limay.

𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 🏳️‍🌈✨

Last June 20–21, 2026, the Limay Alliance of Youth Advocates (LAYA) proudly participated in 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓’𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌: 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 in Makati City, joining fellow young leaders, advocates, and aspiring public servants from across the country.

The two-day learning program equipped participants with practical knowledge on campaign strategy, political branding, ethical leadership, social media engagement, and inclusive governance. Through interactive discussions and simulations, participants gained valuable insights on navigating the realities of public service while upholding integrity, accountability, and meaningful representation.

LAYA remains committed to empowering young people to lead, serve, and create positive change in their communities.

𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗞 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬

LAYA spent time with children from the fisherfolk community in Brgy. Lamao, sharing gifts, organizing simple games, and engaging with them through meaningful interaction and joy-filled activities.

This simple initiative reflects a deeper belief that 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘, 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘𝗗, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬.

As a youth-led organization advancing humanitarian action, community development, and inclusive growth, LAYA continues to stand with coastal and marginalized communities in creating spaces of care, dignity, and hope.
