With the intent of providing answers to the problems our government is facing now, the PHILIPPINE PUBLISHING HOUSE , a non-profit, non-stock organization has created a program called "Family Health and Character Building Development Program." We also cater to the art of proper nutrition and prevention of diseases.

In consonance with ANTI-DRUG ADDICTION PROGRAM under REPUBLIC ACT No. 7624 and BARANGAY LIBRARY PROJECT under REPUBLIC ACT No. 7743, we take pleasure in offering you our services offered which may redound to the benefits of your barangay constituents. And to combat the current spirit of the age and for the continuing upliftment of moral values, we humbly proposed that our BOOKS and PERIODICALS be purchased for your BARANGAY LIBRARIES. Some of the books were from THE NEW GENERATION LIBRARY, and we knew that those are the most valuable and profitable learning materials to be read at your own barangay.
