Balanga Water District Implements 4-Day Compressed Work Week

Balanga Water District announces the adoption of a 4-Day Compressed Work Week effective September 1, 2026, in compliance with Civil Service Commission Resolution No. 2600838 and pursuant to Board Resolution No. 28, Series of 2026.

Under this new schedule, office hours will run from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, strengthening operational efficiency and ensuring continued service delivery.

Frontline services will remain fully accessible during the new operating hours, while remote collection activities and digital payment channels such as ECPAY, GCash, and Maya will continue to provide convenient options for concessionaires. Importantly, Balanga Water District assures the public that 24/7 water service remains uninterrupted, guaranteeing continuous supply to all concessionaires.
