CITIZENโ€™S CHARTER ORIENTATION with PACDO PERSONNEL at BPSU - Main Campus

The Committee on Anti Red Tape conducted a Citizenโ€™s Charter Orientation for our identified PACDO personnel to strengthen our commitment to efficient, transparent, and client-centered public service.

The Citizenโ€™s Charter is our public promise to you. It outlines our services, step-by-step procedures, requirements, responsible offices, and processing times. This ensures that every transaction is faster, simpler, and more accountable.

Through this orientation, PACDO personnel were equipped to:
Understand service standards under RA 11032 - Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act
Deliver services aligned with our posted Citizenโ€™s Charter
Uphold transparency, zero red tape, and quality service for all BPSU clients โ€” students, parents, and stakeholders

We continue to build a culture of excellence and accountability at BPSU.
Because better service starts with informed people.

CART OCULAR VISIT at the COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY

The Committee on Anti Red Tape successfully conducted an ocular visit in line with BPSU MEMO 2025.1109.

This memo operationalizes the universityโ€™s commitment to efficient and transparent service delivery. It aligns our internal processes with national mandates for good governance.

Why it matters:
RA 11032 โ€“ Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018
RA 11032 requires all government agencies to cut red tape, shorten processing times, and make services more accessible to the public. The CART ocular ensures our labs, facilities, and academic services in the College of Technology meet those standards of efficiency and quality.

Citizenโ€™s Charter
The Citizenโ€™s Charter is our public promise. It lists our services, requirements, steps, and processing times. The ocular visit verifies that what we deliver on the ground matches what we committed to in the Charter โ€” so students, parents, and stakeholders get clear, fast, and accountable service.

The College of Technology is headed by its by dean, Dr. Rowena B. Valerio, the CART team checked facilities, workflows, and compliance to make sure we uphold transparency, accountability, and student-centered service.

The CART audit team is composed of its University Secretariat, Maria Crisanta V. Casupanan - Canare and Ms. Monaliza Rodriguez, CART Member.

Together, we build a College of Technology that is efficient, compliant, and true to its service promise.
