Today, the MHO Balaoan Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility welcomed the Provincial Health Office evaluation team, led by Ms. Criselda Gabertan-Javier, Midwife V, for the search for the Most Outstanding AFHF in La Union.

This evaluation highlights our continuous dedication to providing safe, accessible, and compassionate health services tailored to the youth of our municipality.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the PHO evaluation team for their constructive guidance, and to our dedicated MHO staff, local leaders, and community partners whose hard work makes adolescent health a top priority!
