The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Almeida, Balaoan, La Union has officially been named a National Finalist for Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan – Council Category–Barangay Level

This recognition is more than a title. It is a reflection of the countless hours, ideas, programs, teamwork, and dedication poured into serving the youth and the community.

Behind this milestone is a collective effort led by SK Chairperson Lyka Mae Negrillo, together with the dedicated SK officials who continue to show up, the young people who actively participate, and the entire community of Almeida that continues to believe in what our youth can do. ✨❤️
