๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ Mahalaga ring tiyakin ng mga magulang na kumpleto at tama ang lahat ng nakasaad sa Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) bago ito mairehistroโ€”kabilang ang pangalan, petsa ng kapanganakan, mga numero, at iba pang impormasyon. Makatutulong ito upang maiwasan ang abala, dagdag na gastusin, at pagkaantala sa pagkuha ng mga serbisyo o benepisyo na maaaring dulot ng maling impormasyon sa Birth Certificate.

Ang Digital National ID ay maaaring ma-access sa eGovPH app gamit ang inyong cellphone. Ipakita lamang ang Digital National ID na nasa cellphone kapag may transaksyon na nangangailangan ng ID.

Pinagbabawal ang pag-print nito sa PVC o plastic cards upang maiwasan ang identity fraud at hindi awtorisadong pag-imprenta ng National ID. Nawawala din ang mga security features nito at nagiging invalid ganun din kapag ni-laminate.

Ipakita lamang ang iyong Digital National ID sa iyong cellphone kapag may transaksyon. Kung kailangang i-scan ang QR code sa pansariling gamit, buksan ito sa ibang device o mag-print ng malinaw na kopya nito sa A4-size bondpaper na maari ding personal na magagamit kung kailangan ng kopya.

Samantala, ang National ID in paper o ePhilID ay maaring makuha sa mga mobile registration center na pumupunta sa mga barangay o sa fixed registration center sa opisina ng PSA. Maaari naman itong ma-laminate upang hindi mabasa o malukot at masira ang QR code.

The Municipal Civil Registry Office of Balasan successfully taken another significant step toward modernizing and improving civil registration services with the Implementation of the Administrative Petition for Correction Automated System (APCAS) on August 17โ€“18, 2026.

The two-day activity marked the official transition of MCRO Balasan from preparation to actual implementation of APCAS, together with the Batad Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO). A major highlight of the activity was the successful processing of two (2) administrative petitions through the system, demonstrating the officeโ€™s readiness to adopt digital technology in the delivery of civil registration services.

The successful implementation of APCAS was made possible through the valuable technical assistance, guidance, and support of PSA Iloilo led by Engr. Jerry L. Dolutan, and also to Mr. Excel C. Tacaisan, RO II and Ms. Nelyn C. Huyong, RO I, who guided the participating civil registry offices throughout the systemโ€™s actual application and processing.

The MCRO Balasan expresses its appreciation to PSA Iloilo for the continuous support and technical guidance, as well as to the Batad LCRO for the meaningful collaboration in this important milestone.
