Strengthening our mission for child protection! ❤️

Four (4) of our dedicated BCPC members attended the OSAEC-CSAEM Orientation at the Municipal LGU today. Equipped with new insights and standards, we are more ready to serve our constituents and uphold the rights and safety of every child in our barangay.

📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
The Department of Agriculture (DA), in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Balbalan (LGU-Balbalan) through the Municipal Agriculture and Services Office (MASO), will distribute Cash Assistance under the Presidential Assistance for Farmers and Fisherfolks (PAFFP) Program.

This assistance is intended for registered Rice, Corn, and Sugarcane Farmers (RSBSA) and Municipal Fisherfolk (BoatR) beneficiaries.

1. For Beneficiaries
✔️ Bring any valid government-issued ID showing your birthdate.

2. For Authorized Representatives:

If the beneficiary is unable to personally claim the assistance due to illness or physical incapacity, please present the following:
✔️ Medical Certificate issued by a licensed Medical Doctor
✔️ Authorization Letter signed by the beneficiary
✔️ Photocopy of the beneficiary's valid ID with three (3) signature specimens
✔️ Photocopy of the representative's valid ID
✔️ Representative must be RSBSA-registered
✔️ Proof of kinship:
Marriage Certificate (if spouse)
Birth Certificate (if child)

3. For Deceased Beneficiaries
(For beneficiaries who passed away from March 1, 2026 to the present)

✔️ Photocopy of Death Certificate
If the Death Certificate is not yet available, a Barangay Certification signed by the Barangay Captain and IPMR may be submitted.
✔️ Photocopy of the representative's valid ID
✔️ Representative must be RSBSA-registered
✔️ Proof of kinship:
Marriage Certificate (if spouse)
Birth Certificate (if child)

📣 All beneficiaries are advised to arrive on time and bring the complete documentary requirements to avoid delays in the processing and release of assistance.

We officially welcomed the new batch of SPES (Special Program for Employment of Students) beneficiaries assigned here in our office. 📝💼

These students will assist in our daily operations and public services while earning support for their education. A big step towards a brighter future for our youth and our barangay! 🇵🇭
