In support of the Department of Educationโ€™s Brigada Eskwela 2026, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Jordan participated in the Linis Bata and Brigada Eskwela activities conducted at Don Pedro Vasquez Memorial School (DPVMS).

The initiative combined school clean-up efforts with child welfare activities, including hygiene services such as ear cleaning, toothbrushing, and personal grooming for learners in preparation for the opening of classes.

Personnel of MDRRMO Jordan joined teachers, volunteers, private and foundation institution and community members in clearing operations, hauling debris, and maintaining school facilities to help create a safer and cleaner learning environment for students.

The activity highlighted the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan through the collective participation of various sectors in supporting education, health, and community preparedness.

Through continued collaboration and service, MDRRMO Jordan reaffirmed its commitment to promoting safe, child-friendly, and disaster-resilient communities.
