𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐨'𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧

The Municipality of Baleno successfully presented its Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) before the Technical Assessment Committee at the SP Session Hall, Provincial Capitol, Masbate City.

The presentation was led by 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒓. 𝑬𝒅𝒏𝒂 𝑨. 𝑹𝒂𝒑𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝑬𝒏𝑷, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC), together with the personnel of the Municipal Planning and Development Office.

This activity marks another significant milestone in the municipality's commitment to effective planning, sustainable development, and improved public service delivery.

The Committee on Beauties, headed by 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙧. 𝙀𝙙𝙣𝙖 𝘼. 𝙍𝙖𝙥𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙀𝙣𝙋., successfully convened its coordination meeting with the active participation of the PNP, AFP, BFP, LGU Executive & Legislative, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), DepEd, religious groups, and private schools.

Through collaboration and shared commitment, we look forward to a well-organized, meaningful, and memorable celebration for the people of Baleno. 💚

Sa pangunguna ni 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐂. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚, isinagawa sa Barangay Lahong Proper ang 2nd Quarter Joint Meeting ng Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC), Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), Municipal Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (MTF-ELCAC) Core Team, kasama ang Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) at Barangay Peace and Order Council (BPOC).

Ang pagsasagawa ng joint meeting sa antas ng barangay ay isang inobasyon ng konseho upang higit na maisulong ang participative governance, mailapit ang mga usapin ng pamahalaan sa komunidad, at mabigyan ng mas malaking pagkakataon ang mga barangay na makilahok sa pagbuo ng mga polisiya, programa, at estratehiya para sa kapayapaan, kaayusan, at kaunlaran.

Pinangunahan at malugod na tinanggap ng 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐄𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐂. 𝐄𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐚, ang mga kalahok sa nasabing pagpupulong. Sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan ng lokal na pamahalaan, mga miyembro ng konseho, at mga opisyal ng barangay, patuloy na pinatitibay ang ugnayan at koordinasyon upang makamit ang isang ligtas, mapayapa, at progresibong Bayan ng Baleno.

𝑪𝒀 2027 𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏 (𝑨𝑰𝑷) 𝑫𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

LGU Baleno successfully conducted the CY 2027 AIP Deliberation with the participation of LGU Department Heads and Representatives, together with DepEd and BFP.

The activity was actively led and supported by 𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝑪. 𝑫𝒆𝒍𝒂 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂, highlighting her commitment to collaborative planning and programs that will further strengthen public service and community development for the municipality.
