โUnder the leadership and guidance of DOLE Secretary Francis Tolentino, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Aurora Provincial Field Office successfully conducted its Technical and Advisory Visit (TAV) Program today at the Mega Evacuation Center, Brgy. Lipit, Dipaculao, Aurora, with sixty-five (65) participating establishments.
โDuring the activity, essential labor frameworks were discussed to ensure workplaces remain fair, safe, and productive:
โGeneral Labor Standards (GLS): Discussed by Mr. Daniel Mingua, Labor and Employment Officer II (LEO II).
โโโOccupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards: Presented by Ms. Arlene Flores, Senior Labor and Employment Officer (Senior LEO).
โBasic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for Safety Officers for Micro-establishment (SOME): Facilitated by Mr. Antonio M. Sicat, Jr., Provincial Head/OIC.
โThis collaborative effort equipped local businesses with vital insights into labor laws, workplace hazard management, and DOLEโs voluntary compliance programs.
