🌈 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 🌸

Mx. Dhareal Poblete and Mx. Jayson Sabino proudly represented the Environment and Natural Resources Office (ENRO) during the Gender Sensitivity Training conducted by the Provincial Government of Aurora through the Provincial Human Resource Management Office, held on October 23–24, 2025, at AMCO Beach Resort, Brgy. Sabang, Baler, Aurora.

This two-day seminar emphasized the importance of understanding and respecting gender differences, promoting inclusivity, and eliminating biases and stereotypes in the workplace. It aimed to foster a more gender-responsive and equitable environment within government offices—one where everyone is valued, heard, and empowered.

Through this training, participants were reminded that gender sensitivity is not only about awareness but also about action—creating policies, programs, and practices that uphold fairness and respect for all. 💪🌍

🌿Empowering People, Protecting the Environment!🌿

On October 23, 2025, the ENRO Staff headed by Mr. Nestor O. Daguman, together with Ms. Niressa Megano and Ms. Angelica Aragon shared environmental awareness to the People Empowerment and Advancement Center for Employment (PEACE) through an IEC Campaign filled with learning and inspiration!

They shared meaningful insights about Republic Act No. 9003 otherwise known as the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000, encouraging trainees and participants to embrace eco-friendly habits and become advocates for a cleaner, greener future.

Together, let’s keep empowering minds and protecting our environment—for a more sustainable Aurora 💚🌏

We extend our deepest gratitude to all the participants of the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Campaign on the Review of the Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Laws and Ordinances in Aurora Province.

The active involvement of the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (ENRO), together with partner offices and agencies—PPDO, PDRRMO, Provincial Tourism Office, Sangguniang Panlalawigan and Sangguniang Bayan Committees on Environment, MENROs, MPDOs, MDRRMOs, MTOs, MEOs, CENRO Casiguran, CENRO Dingalan, DENR-PENRO, and the PNP—made this seminar-workshop truly impactful.

This gathering not only fostered knowledge-sharing but also strengthened our collective resolve to uphold environmental protection and sustainable governance. The greater challenge now rests on translating these learnings into action—integrating them in our daily functions and decision-making to ensure a greener, safer, and more resilient Aurora Province. 🌿
