Pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 2600838, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Aurora will observe an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM office schedule from August 17 to 20, 2026, in connection with the observance of Ninoy Aquino Day.

The public is encouraged to take note of the adjusted office hours when planning transactions with DAR Aurora during the specified period.

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Aurora welcomes the return of Atty. Jehan M. Tabayag as Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicator (PARAD) of Aurora, succeeding Atty. Melvin T. Guillermo, who has been reassigned as PARAD of West Pangasinan.

On 18 June 2026, Atty. Tabayag officially resumed her duties at DARAB Aurora and immediately presided over the scheduled hearing of agrarian reform cases.

The DARPO Aurora extends its best wishes to Atty. Tabayag as she resumes her service in advancing agrarian justice in the Province of Aurora.

𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝟯𝟬 𝗦𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗟𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

SAN LUIS, Aurora – The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Aurora successfully conducted the graduation ceremony of its Farm Business School (FBS) for members of the Samahan ng mga Settlers ng San Luis Aurora Inc. (SASESLA) on June 16, 2026 at Brgy. Nonong, San Luis, Aurora.

A total of 30 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) completed the program after 17 learning sessions designed to strengthen their skills in farm management, financial literacy, record-keeping, farm business planning, and marketing strategies.

The awarding of certificates was led by OIC Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Josephine K. Aguinaldo, who commended the graduates for their perseverance and commitment. She emphasized that the initiative aims to “matulungan maiangat ang inyong pamumuhay, maisulong natin ang mga proyekto at programa ng ating mga organizations and cooperatives at kayo ay maging parte ng inyong pamayanan, hindi lamang sa Brgy. Nonong kundi sa buong bayan ng San Luis”.

The activity was attended by personnel from DAR Aurora’s Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD) led by CARPO Ma. Dina R. Daguman, together with representatives from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Luis and the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), among other partner stakeholders.

Meanwhile, G. Enrique Sarmiento Jr., an ARB from Sitio Camalatan, Brgy. Nonong, San Luis, Aurora, expressed his gratitude to DAR and all the FBS facilitators. He also said, "Ngayon, masasabi ko na may alam na ako, mas may kumpiyansa na akong pamahalaan, ang aking sakahan bilang isang farm entrepreneur, at iyan ay sa tulong ng Farm Business School.”

The FBS is a DAR capacity-building program that equips farmers with entrepreneurial and management skills to help transform them into competitive agripreneurs. The activity reflects DAR Aurora’s continued commitment to strengthening agrarian reform beneficiaries and promoting sustainable rural livelihoods.
