Ang pamunuan ng AURELCO Dingalan ay humihingi ng paumanhin sa nararanasang sunud-sunod na pagkawala ng kuryente sa ating lugar.

Batay sa isinagawang inspeksiyon ng ating mga line crew, natukoy na ang pangunahing sanhi ng mga aberya ay ang mga sira o tumatagas na insulator sa linya. Ang mga insulator ay maaaring masira dulot ng matinding init ng panahon kung ka’t nagiging sanhi ng pagbitak o pagkasira nito. Kaugnay nito, sa mga barangay na malapit sa dagat partikular sa Butas na Bato hanggang Umiray, ang alat o asin-asin mula sa dagat ay nagiging sanhi ng pagkasira ng line hardware material, lalo na kung mahamog o umuulan. Maaari itong maging sanhi ng fault sa linya at pansamantalang pagkawala ng suplay ng kuryente.

Sa kasalukuyan, patuloy ang pagsasagawa ng inspeksiyon, pagpapalit, at pagsasaayos ng mga nasirang insulator, clearing of lines at load balancing upang maiwasan ang karagdagang aberya at maibalik ang mas maayos at matatag na serbisyo ng kuryente sa lalong madaling panahon.
