Habang Alternative Learning Modes naman ang ipatutupad sa mga paaralan sa lungsod upang maipagpatuloy ang pag-aaral ng mga estudyante.

Sa Memorandum Circular No. 128 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacanang ang pagsasagawa ng Work-from-Home (WFH) sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at alternative learning modes sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong eskwelahan bukas, Agosto 18, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na pagbuhos ng malakas na ulan dulot ng habagat.

Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), ipatutupad ang WFH at suspension ng face-to-face classes sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

Hindi sakop ng WFH ang mga ahensya ng pamahalaang may kinalaman sa pag-deliver ng basic at health services, preparasyon at pagtugon sa sakuna at kalamidad.

Ipinauubaya naman ng Malacanang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang mag-pasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.

MGA REQUIREMENTS:

Para sa mga estudyante ng Bical High School:
โ€ข 2 photocopies ng Student ID o National ID
(Ang pangalan ng mga estudyante ay ivavalidate at icecertify ng Bical High School upang magpatunay na sila ay lehitimong nagaaral sa BHS.)

Para sa mga estudyanteng hindi nag-aaral sa Bical High School:
โ€ข 2 photocopies ng Student ID o National ID
โ€ข 2 photocopies ng Certificate of Registration (COR) para sa AY 2026โ€“2027

The "Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program (BBMP)" of His Excellency, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., provides financial assistance worth P200,000.00 to barangays nationwide to support community development.

Under the program, the P200,000.00 was divided into two allocations:

๐ŸŽ“ P100,000.00 for Barangay Scholars - allocated to five (5) Students for the School Year 2026-2027, to help support their educational needs.

๐Ÿ›ต P100,000.00 for Barangay-Identified Development Priorities - allocated for the projects, equipment, and other priority needs of the Barangay. For Barangay Bical, this allocation will be used to purchase Patrol Vehicles for the enhancement of peace and order and public safety in the barangay.
