The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Del Carmen Este successfully distributed the Balik Eskwela Assistance 2026 to our deserving Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School, and College students.

This initiative reflects our commitment to easing the financial burden of education and empowering every Del Carmen Este learner to pursue their goals with confidence.

To all our student-beneficiaries, we hope this assistance becomes another source of motivation to study hard, persevere through challenges, and continue striving for excellence. Remember that your SK Council will always support programs that promote education and youth development.

Calling all KK members, high school, and college students! Join us this June 28, 2026 | 5:00 AM as we come together for Operation Hinlo and make our barangay cleaner, greener, and better for everyone. 💚

📍 Assembly Area: DCE Highway Roadside (in front of Petro Gazz Station)

📢 IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Attendance in this activity is part of the requirements for the Balik Eskwela Assistance Program. Two attendance checks will be conducted—before and after the activity. Incomplete attendance may affect eligibility.

🧹 Don’t forget to bring:

✔️ Silhig (broom)
✔️ Positive energy and teamwork!
