Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 122 ng Office of the President na nagsususpinde ng trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan at klase sa Bulacan ngayong 6 Agosto 2026, bunsod ng patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Bagyong Maymay at pinalakas na Habagat, minarapat po naming ipagpaliban ang Efemerides Baliwag: Pagsasanay at Palihan sa Pananaliksik Pangkasaysayan na nakatakda sanang idaos ngayong 6 Agosto 2026, mula 9:00 N.U. hanggang 5:00 N.H. sa Dalubhasaang Politekniko ng Lungsod ng Baliwag.

Ang desisyong ito ay isinasaalang-alang ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng ating panauhing tagapagsalita, mga kalahok, at iba pang dadalo sa programa.

Taos-puso po kaming humihingi ng paumanhin sa anumang abalang maidudulot ng pagpapalibang ito. Ang muling pagsasagawa ng programa ay aming ipaaalam sa sandaling maisaayos at makumpirma ang panibagong iskedyul.

Isang malugod at taos-pusong pagbati sa Diocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Augustine of Baliwag sa makasaysayang pagkilala rito bilang Mahalagang Yamang Pangkalinangan (Important Cultural Property) na iginawad ng National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

​Ang karangalang ito ay patunay ng mayamang kasaysayan, natatanging arkitektura, at maningning na pananampalataya ng pamayanang Baliwagenyo.

This declaration recognizes not only the church's architectural and historical significance but also its enduring role as a heritage site where memory and identity continue to flourish. As an Important Cultural Property, the church and its convent are recognized as enduring legacies of the Filipino people, worthy of continued protection and stewardship.

Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Kasaysayan 2026, inaanyayahan ang mga g**o, mag-aaral, mananaliksik, at mga tagapagtaguyod ng kasaysayan na makiisa sa Efemerides Baliwag: Pagsasanay at Palihan sa Pananaliksik Pangkasaysayan.

Tampok sa gawaing ito si Dr. Lars Raymund Ubaldo, Katuwang na Propesor ng Departamento ng Kasaysayan ng De La Salle University, bilang panauhing tagapagsalita. Layunin ng programa na palalimin ang kaalaman at kasanayan sa pananaliksik pangkasaysayan, gayundin ang pagpapahalaga sa mayamang kasaysayan at pamanang kultural ng ating lungsod. Ang mga kalahok ay may pagkakataon na maging bahagi o katuwang na may-akda para sa isang aklat.

July 24, 2026 — A great afternoon of OPM and local pride as The Clash Teen finalist and proud Baliwagenyo, Sofia Novielle Santos a.k.a Vielle Santos, took the stage at WalterMart Baliwag!

The audience enjoyed her live performances of “Multo,” “Risk It All,” and her very own original song, “Nobody Else.” Her impressive vocals and heartfelt delivery made it a truly special experience for everyone in attendance.
