🕊️ IN LOVING MEMORY OF MR. HERMAN "BOBONG" SIENES LIBOT🕊️
With heavy hearts and deep sadness, the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Maria Cristina announces the sudden passing of our dear colleague, brother, and dedicated public servant, Mr. Herman Sienes Libot, affectionately known to many as "Bobong".
Bobong was a pillar of strength, service, and safety in our community. He wore many hats, and in each of them, he served our people with unwavering dedication and a generous, smiling heart.
He was a proven leader in the 2000s, he served the community with distinction as a former Barangay Kagawad, establishing a lifelong legacy of leadership and public trust.
He was a guardian of peace as a proud member of our BPAT (Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team), he worked tirelessly day and night to keep our neighborhoods safe, peaceful, and secure.
He was a lifeline in emergencies as an active member of our ERT (Emergency Response Team) and one of our trusted ERV (Emergency Response Vehicle) drivers, Bobong was always on the front lines during critical moments, safely navigating the roads to save lives when every second counted.
He was a champion of community spirit on the court, he was a familiar and well-respected figure, serving as an official in our local basketball tournaments and bringing fair play, camaraderie, and joy to our sports community.
His sudden departure leaves a profound void in the BLGU family, among his fellow BPAT and ERT members, and in the hearts of the many residents whose lives he touched. He was a true public servant who chose to spend his days in service of others.
We extend our deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers to the family, friends, and loved ones of Bobong. May you find comfort and strength in the love and support of our community during this incredibly difficult time.
