There will be no classes on November 13, 2017, we will commemorate the birth anniversary of the first-ever Speaker of the House of the Representatives, a son of the province of Pangasinan and born in San Carlos City.

To give way for this celebration, Republic Act No. 6721 declared the said date a non-working holiday.

November 13 is Speaker Eugenio Perez Day not Pangasinan Day. We celebrate the latter every 5th of April.
