𝐁𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Learners from different schools across Bambang I District showcased their creativity, skills, and ingenuity during the District Festival of Talents 2026, featuring the Techno Fusion activities in Dish Gardening and Extension Cord Assembly.

The event provided learners with an opportunity to demonstrate practical skills, creativity, teamwork, and resourcefulness through hands-on activities. Participants competed and showcased their talents in front of fellow learners, teachers, and school officials.

Bambang Central School Integrated SPED Center emerged as the First Place winner in both Dish Gardening and Extension Cord Assembly, bringing pride to the school and highlighting the learners’ exceptional skills and dedication.

Representing Bambang Central School were Alliah Jade Ulopani and Ricard Palarca , with their dedicated coaches, Ma’am Marites Claveria and Sir Domingo Araes.

The successful participation of the learners was made possible through the guidance and support of 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐌. 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐲 𝐂. 𝐔𝐜𝐨𝐥, who continue to encourage learners to develop their talents and practical skills.

The District Festival of Talents 2026 underscored the importance of providing learners with meaningful opportunities to discover, develop, and showcase their talents—proving that education goes beyond the classroom.

Bambang Central School Integrated SPED Center recognized 𝐏𝐌𝐒𝐆 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐲 𝐆. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐳 for his valuable contribution to the school’s efforts to promote peace, order, and a safe learning environment.

The Award of Recognition was presented by Ma’am Trecy C. Ucol, School Principal, together with the teaching staff, parents, and the school community, with the support of Ma’am Olivia M. Brazil, District Supervisor during the flag Raising Ceremony held last August 24, 2026.

PMSG Martinez holds a special connection with the school. A former student of Bambang Central School, he has returned not only as a dedicated police officer but also as a parent and a strong partner of the school. His commitment to public service, responsible parenthood, and community safety has made him a role model for both learners and parents.

The school expressed its appreciation for PMSG Martinez’s continued partnership and service, emphasizing that collaboration between schools, families, and law enforcement is essential in building a peaceful, secure, and supportive environment where every learner can thrive.

The recognition serves as a testament to the school’s gratitude for partners who go beyond their duties to help protect learners and strengthen the community.

PROJECT JOURNO HONES DISTRICT PRESS CONFERENCE QUALIFIERS FOR DIVISION COMPETITION

Young campus journalists from the district took a significant step toward the upcoming Division Press Conference as PROJECT JOURNO, a district-level journalism enhancement activity, was successfully conducted on August 15, 2026

Spearheaded by Sir Axel Ross S. Velasco, SPA Coordinator, the activity focused on strengthening the skills and confidence of the district’s qualifiers who are set to compete in the Division Press Conference. The initiative was supported by Ma’am Maria Olivia M. Brazil, District In-Charge, and Ma’am Trecy C. Ucol, Principal of Bambang Central School Integrated SPED Center (BCSISC).

The training featured experienced resource speakers from Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU)headed by Jenifer Raymond R. Tallungan, PhD, who shared their expertise and practical insights in campus journalism. Their guidance provided the participants with opportunities to refine their writing techniques, improve their journalistic judgment, and develop a deeper understanding of responsible and ethical journalism.

Through lectures, discussions, and practical exercises, the participants were given intensive preparation in their respective journalism categories. The activity emphasized the importance of accuracy, clarity, relevance, critical thinking, and responsible reporting skills essential for young journalists competing at the division level.

PROJECT JOURNO also underscored the importance of collaboration among school journalism coordinators, coaches, school leaders, and external partners in developing the talents of young writers. The support extended by the district leadership and NVSU resource speakers contributed significantly to creating a meaningful and purposeful learning experience for the participants.

For the district qualifiers, the activity served not only as a final preparation for the Division Press Conference but also as an opportunity to sharpen their voices as young journalists. With renewed confidence and strengthened skills, they are now ready to bring their stories, ideas, and journalistic talents to the division stage.

Through PROJECT JOURNO, the district continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing competent, responsible, and ethical young journalists—ready to inform, inspire, and make their voices heard.

𝐁𝐂𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐂 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐓𝐎𝐅𝐀𝐒 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Demonstrating its commitment to providing globally competitive learning opportunities, Bambang Central School Integrated SPED Center (BCSISC) successfully administered the Test of Fundamental Academic Skills (TOFAS) to selected elementary learners on July 20, 2026, through a computer-based online assessment.

The participants were composed of selected learners from Grade 1 Science, Grade 2, Grade 3 Science, Grade 4, Grade 5, and Grade 6, including representatives from the regular classes. The assessment was conducted using a one learner, one computer setup, ensuring an organized, learner-centered, and technology-enabled testing experience.

The successful implementation of the activity was made possible through the dedication and collaborative efforts of the learners' advisers Ma'am Venus, Ma'am Brigitte, Ma'am Karlet, Sir Zacch, and Ma'am Aileen, who provided guidance and technical assistance throughout the assessment.

The initiative was spearheaded with the unwavering leadership and support of School Principal III, Ma'am Trecy C. Ucol, whose vision of promoting academic excellence and international benchmarking continues to open doors for learners to participate in globally recognized educational programs. The activity also received the valuable support and encouragement of Public Schools District Supervisor Ma'am Olivia M. Brazil, whose steadfast commitment to quality basic education inspires schools across the district to embrace innovation and excellence.

Developed by SPRIX Inc., the Test of Fundamental Academic Skills (TOFAS) is an internationally recognized online assessment that evaluates learners' core competencies in calculation and programming while comparing their performance with international standards. The assessment provides meaningful data that help schools identify learners' strengths and areas for improvement, enabling educators to design interventions that further enhance academic achievement.

Bambang Central School Integrated SPED Center (BCSISC) proudly joined the nationwide celebration of National Disability Rights Week through a heartwarming program that highlighted the exceptional talents, abilities, and achievements of its learners with special educational needs.

The celebration featured captivating performances in singing, dancing, and other talent presentations, allowing learners to confidently express themselves and demonstrate that disability is never a barrier to excellence. The activity emphasized the importance of promoting equal opportunities, inclusivity, and respect for the rights and dignity of every learner.

The success of the celebration was made possible through the visionary leadership and unwavering support of School Principal Ma'am Trecy C. Ucol, whose commitment to inclusive and quality education continues to strengthen the school's Special Education Program. The school also extends its sincere appreciation to Public Schools District Supervisor Ma'am Maria Olivia M. Brazil for her invaluable guidance and steadfast support in advancing inclusive education initiatives across the district.
