PAROL COMPETITION

Mechanics:
1. Contest is open to all interested Barangays, schools and individuals
2. Entries should be submitted on or before 5PM of December 13, 2019
3. Lantern should be made of Indigenous and Recyclable Materials
4. Lantern should be able to withstand in indoor and outdoor conditions for the duration of the Christmas Season
5. Size should not be more than 5ft x 5ft but not less than 3ft x 3ft of any shape
6. Awarding will be held during the flag raising ceremony of the LGU on the first Monday of January 2020
