Banaue Fire Station personnel under the leadership of SFO3 Moris T Madchiw, Acting MFM conducted inventory of equipments, and briefing of personnel to ensure functionality and preparedness in case of deployment. They also conducted water level monitoring and together with MDRRM, Banaue MPS and 2nd IPMFC, Barangay Poblacio Officials and community in the de-clogging of canals with in Viewpoint and Poblacion.

Please be informed that the BDO BANK thru its BDO APP is now one of the options in paying the Fire Code Fees in the Fire Safety Inspection System (FSIS). Attached herewith is the BDO Pay Guidelines for Client's Payment.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ. After assessment, the client/applicant will receive the assessment report. Please click โ€˜Applicationsโ€™ in the selection

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ. It will redirect to the list of client applications. Click the
โ€˜Capture Paymentโ€™ button to proceed with the payment.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ‘. A modal will appear to review to review the application; client can check his/her application by clicking the โ€˜access full detailsโ€™ button to view. To proceed click the โ€˜capture payment detailsโ€™ button to redirect to payment scheme.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ’. The client has the option to choose the payment method. Click the radio button for either partial or full payment, and then choose the payment gateway for processing the payment. Click the โ€˜Proceed with the Paymentโ€™ button to complete the payment for the application.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ“. This will display the breakdown of the payment. The client will choose the payment gateway to settle the bills. After selecting the payment method, click the โ€˜Pay Nowโ€™ button to proceed.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ”. A pop-up modal will display your payment details to remind the client to review them before clicking the button. After verifying the information, click the โ€˜Yes, Proceedโ€™ button to submit.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ•. Another pop-up modal will appear to ensure that all information and the payment amount are correct before submission. If everything is accurate, click the โ€˜Yes, Pay Nowโ€™ button to proceed.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ–. A QR code will appear, which the client can scan to proceed with the payment.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ—. Open the BDO App on your smartphone to scan the QR code and complete the payment. Tap the โ€˜QRโ€™ tab within the app.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ. Tap the โ€˜Scan QR Codeโ€™ button on the client page to proceed. Scan the generated QR Code.

๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ. Clients will be redirected to payment status page that includes the quick download feature for Official receipt. Clients will now wait for application status updates and/or applied certificates.
