📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
To all Incoming 4th Year College Students of Barangay Poblacion, Banaybanay, Davao Oriental:
The Barangay Government of Poblacion informs all qualified students that submission of requirements for the Student Cash Assistance is now open.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ Must be a bona fide resident of Barangay Poblacion for at least six (6) months
✔ Must be an Incoming 4th Year College Student;
✔ Must be currently enrolled in a recognized college or university.

📄 REQUIREMENTS:
• Certificate of Enrollment/Registration Form (Incoming 4th Year)
• Photocopy of School ID
• Endorsement/Purok Clearance from the Purok President
Only applicants who meet the qualifications and submit complete requirements shall be evaluated and may avail of the cash assistance program.

📅 Please submit your requirements at the Barangay Office on or before May 21, 2026.
