The COMELEC-OEO, Bangar, La Union, successfully conducted today the Orientation for Prospective Candidates/Aspirants in connection with the November 2, 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) at Barangay Nagsabaran, Bangar, La Union.

The orientation provided prospective candidates/aspirants with essential information and guidance on the electoral process, including the proper accomplishment of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) forms; qualifications, duties, and responsibilities of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan officials; the Do’s and Don’ts of election campaigning; and other pertinent matters concerning the 2026 BSKE.

The Office of the Election Officer of Bangar, La Union conducted an ocular inspection of all Voting Centers in preparation for the 2 November 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

The activity aims to assess the readiness, safety, accessibility, and overall suitability of the Voting Centers to ensure a safe, orderly, and efficient conduct of the elections.

Special thanks to the DepEd Bangar District and the LGU Bangar for their support to this important pre-election activity.
