𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Labor Advisory No. 13, Series of 2026 - Pagbabayad ng Sahod sa ika-31 ng Agosto 2026 (Araw ng mga Bayani) - Regular na Holiday

Sa pagdiriwang ng Araw ng mga Bayani, isang regular na holiday, pinaaalalahanan ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ang lahat ng mga employer na sumunod sa mga patakaran ng tamang pasahod ngayong araw.

Para sa mga empleyado, tinitiyak nito na sila ay mabibigyan ng tamang kabayaran sa ngayong araw. Sila ay may karapatang tumanggap ng 100% ng kanilang arawang sahod kahit hindi pumasok, basta’t sila ay pumasok o nasa aprubadong leave na may bayad sa araw ng trabaho bago ang holiday. Samantala, ang mga papasok sa araw ng holiday ay may karapatang tumanggap ng 200% ng kanilang regular na arawang sahod.

The BOSH for SO1 is an 8-hour OSH orientation designed to impart knowledge and skills on basic concepts and principles of occupational safety and health to enable potential safety officers (SO1 certification) to implement their respective company's/agency's safety and health programs in the workplace.

TUPAD Lawa at Binhi: Trabaho, Pagkain, at Kabuhayan para sa Komunidad
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) – Abra Field Office, in partnership with LGU-San Quintin, successfully conducted the TUPAD Orientation for 200 beneficiaries under the TUPAD Lawa at Binhi Program, in convergence with DSWD, MSWDO, and PESO San Quintin, Abra.
Beyond providing temporary employment and financial assistance, Lawa at Binhi aims to strengthen food security, promote sustainable agriculture and community food production, and help build resilient and self-sufficient communities.
Through this convergence, beneficiaries are empowered to participate in productive community-based activities that contribute to food production, environmental sustainability, and improved community welfare.

KALIGTASAN MUNA SA PANAHON NG MASAMANG PANAHON
Sa panahon ng bagyo, malakas na pag-ulan at iba pang weather disturbances, maaaring suspindihin ng mga employer sa pribadong sektor ang trabaho upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan at kalusugan ng kanilang mga manggagawa.
Narito ang mga patakaran sa bayad:
🔹 Hindi nagtrabaho – Walang regular na sahod, maliban kung may mas paborableng company policy, practice, CBA, o paggamit ng accrued leave credits.
🔹 Nagtrabaho nang 6 oras o higit pa – Karapat-dapat sa buong regular pay.
🔹 Nagtrabaho nang mas mababa sa 6 oras – Proporsyonal na bayad batay sa aktuwal na oras ng trabaho.
Mahalaga: Ang manggagawang hindi pumasok o tumangging magtrabaho dahil sa napipintong panganib dulot ng masamang panahon o katulad na pangyayari ay hindi dapat patawan ng administrative sanction.

TUPAD PAYOUT | LGU–SAN ISIDRO, ABRA

The DOLE Abra Field Office, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of San Isidro, successfully conducted the TUPAD payout for 80 beneficiaries who rendered 10 days of temporary employment.

Through the program, beneficiaries contributed to the gardening and beautification of public facilities, helping improve and maintain their community while receiving temporary employment assistance.

DOLE Abra Field Office participated in the Simultaneous Clean-Up Drive on Waterways held on July 23, 2026, at the Abra River in Calaba, Bangued, in support of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council’s (PDRRMC) National Disaster Resilience Month celebration. Three (3) DOLE Abra personnel joined the activity, demonstrating the office’s commitment to environmental protection, disaster preparedness, and community resilience.
