Said activity include various sessions tackling topics such as AI and the Future of Information Work, Working Smarter with AI, AI Planning and Strategy, Truths, Ethics and Accountability in the Age of AI, and AI in Action-from Information to Public Service.

The activity was led by the Provincial Government of Abra headed by Governor Eustaquio Bersamin and Vice-Governor Anne Bersamin through the Provincial Information Office led by Atty. King Blas Jervin Pagtailan, in partnership with the Communication Network of Abra, and the Philippine Information Agency-Abra.

Meanwhile, occasional rains is still expected over Metro Manila, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, and Occidental Mindoro. Western Visayas and the rest of Luzon will be cloudy with scattered rains and thunderstorms while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms may prevail over the rest of Luzon and over Western Visayas. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

This weather outlook will be updated if significant changes in the forecast occur through the 24-hour public weather forecasts and weather advisories.

๐‚๐Ž๐๐“๐ˆ๐๐”๐Ž๐”๐’ ๐‘๐„๐‹๐ˆ๐„๐… ๐Ž๐๐’ | A total of 68 affected families in the isolated Barangay Villavieja in Pilar, Abra immediately received DSWD food packs.

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office distributed the relief assistance despite difficult road conditions and high water levels.

Said barangay was isolated due to the continuous rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Depression Pilandok.

An upward trend in water levels is being monitored and remains highly likely as heavy to intense rains are expected in the next 12 hours due to Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Depression Pilandok.

People living near the river, mountain slopes, and low-lying areas are strongly advised to be alert of possible flash floods and landslides.

The Tineg Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Council advised the public to avoid travels inside and outside the municipality die to the current road situation and the inclement weather experienced in the province.

Nanangduan was isolated because of a landslide along the Pang-ot to Nanangduan Road due to the continuous rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Said relief distribution was led by the Pilar local government unit with partners.

A forced evacuation was led by the local government unit of Bucay as a proactive measure to ensure the safety of the community.

Said operation was conducted with the BFP Bucay, Bucay MPS, Bucay District Jail, and other responders.

As per latest report of the Bucay Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Office, Pagala is isolated due to high water level along the Abra River.
