The Headquarters of the 14th Regional Community Defense Group (14RCDG) headed by Col. Oscar Balignasay Jr. (INF) GSC PA as the unit’s Acting Group Commander, has officially relocated to its new site at Lamut Tourism Village, Ifugao, effective June 28, 2025. This strategic move is part of the group’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its operational footprint and visibility in the Cordillera region. Despite the transfer, 14RCDG will continue to cater to its areas of administration and maintain operations in all Community Defense Centers (CDCs) under said unit. Further, the relocation is intended to enhance administrative efficiency without disrupting services or community engagements across the region. The leadership of 14RCDG assures stakeholders, partner institutions, and the public of its sustained commitment to mission readiness, territorial defense preparedness, and youth development programs through ROTC and reservist training.
