Consultative Meeting on Land Titling and Technical Coordination

A consultative meeting was conducted on August 12, 2026, at CENRO Midsayap, between DARMO Banisilan, headed by MARPO Engr. Abegail F. Orlanda and MARPO Florendo H. Dichoso Jr., and CENRO Midsayap, headed by For. Rosalie P. Gasmin, MPA, together with Ma’am Lorena D. Cawasatig.

The meeting focused on the titling of patrimonial lots, school sites, and other related concerns, as well as the scheduling of a coordination meeting among LGU Banisilan, DARMO Banisilan, and CENRO Midsayap. Additional technical activities, including geotagging and other field requirements, were also discussed to facilitate proper coordination and documentation.

Coordination Meeting, Field Validation, and Data Gathering for IPARC Activities

On August 10, 2026, the PBDD staff of DARPO Cotabato Province, together with DARMO Banisilan, conducted a coordination meeting with the Municipal Engineering Office, Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO), and Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (OMAG) of the Local Government Unit of Banisilan.

The activity was conducted in preparation for the proposed implementation of the INCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP FOR AGRARIAN REFORM COMMUNITIES (IPARC) Project, focusing on coordination, field validation, and data gathering activities necessary to support the project’s planning and implementation.

The meeting strengthened inter-agency coordination and collaboration among DAR and LGU stakeholders toward the effective and responsive implementation of the proposed IPARC activities in the Municipality of Banisilan.

DARMO Banisilan, headed by MARPO Engr. Abegail F. Orlanda and MARPO Florendo H. Dichoso Jr., together with ARPT Charles Jelo C. Gumban, BARC officials from Barangays Thailand, Poblacion 1, Gastav, Malagap, and Pinamulaan, as well as ARBO representatives from Gastav, Pinamulaan, and Tumbao, are actively participating in the District 3 ARB/ARBO/BARC Summit 2026 at the Carmen Municipal Gymnasium, Barangay Carmen, Cotabato.

Following the successful District 1 Summit, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) – Province of Cotabato continues its commitment to strengthening Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs), and Barangay Agrarian Reform Committees (BARCs) through this district-wide gathering.
