On July 14, 2022 at 8:00am to 8:30am personnel of Ilocos Sur 1st DECU led by PSSg Meynard R Martinez, under the supervision of PLT MELVIN M DUMALANTA Provincial Chief, Ilocos Sur PECU, conducted Foot Patrol and Police presence along National Hi way and nearby establishments to ensure public safety and security, to preempt occurrence of any terroristic acts within AOR.

On July 13, 2022 at 12:30pm to 1:45pm personnel of Ilocos Sur 1st DECU led by PSSg Meynard R Martinez under the direct supervision of PLT MELVIN M DUMALANTA, Provincial Chief, ISPECU, conducted visitation/target hardening measure on vital installation to the aforementioned place to protect and preempt possible unlawful activities in the said area. Short dialogue were conducted with the staff and security guard of the business establihments.

On June 20, 2022, at about 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, personnel of Ilocos Sur 1st DECU led by PCMS Nerio P Pamuspusan under the supervision of PMAJ ALLAN R PATAYAN, Provincial Chief, ISPECU, conducted Target Hardening Measures, Paneling Operation, Foot Patrol and Police Presence in relation to IMPLAN "Shock And Awe" Operation Strategy and Continuous Focused Police Operations at the San Juan Municipal Hall, San Juan, Ilocos Sur. To ensure public safety and enhance security measures against terroristic/unlawful acts within AOR.

No untoward incident happened and basic/minimum health protocols strictly observed.

On June 19, 2022 at about 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, PSSg Meynard R Martinez of Ilocos Sur 1st DECU under the supervision of PMAJ ALLAN R PATAYAN Provincial Chief, ISPECU, conducted cleaning of kennel facility in relation to Intensified Cleanliness Policy of our Chief PNP's Essential Thrust to maintain the cleanliness in our offices and surroundings. Activity ended with a fruitful result.
