Central Luzon State University, through University Gender and Development Office, invites the community to the learning session “Orange Hearts: Zero Tolerance on Violence Against Women” with resource speaker Dr. Diana Therese M. Veloso, Chair of the Department of Sociology and Behavioral Sciences at De La Salle University–Manila, on December 11, 2025, from 8:00 to 11:00 AM at the CED Teacher’s Hall. This event forms part of CLSU’s participation in the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women as we continue to promote awareness, encourage dialogue, and strengthen our collective stand for a safer, more inclusive, and VAW-free community.

‼️ANU-ANO ANG PWEDENG IKASO UNDER RA 9262‼️

1. Physical Violence
✅ Ang physical violence ay mga aksyon na nagdudulot ng pisikal na pananakit sa babae o bata, tulad ng palo, hampas, saktan, o anumang uri ng pisikal na pagkasugat o pagkapasa.
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Ang perpetrator ay pwedeng kasuhan ng physical violence at pwedeng magdusa ng criminal penalties tulad ng pagkakulong.

2. Psychological Violence
✅ Ang psychological violence ay anumang gawain na nagbibigay ng mental at emosyonal na pinsala, tulad ng pananakot, panliligalig, o pagmumura na nagdudulot ng mental anguish.
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Pwedeng makasuhan ang nagdudulot ng psychological violence, at ang biktima ay may karapatang maghabol sa mga pinsalang dulot nito.



3. Economic Ab[u]se
✅Ang economic ab[u]se ay kapag ang ab[u]ser ay kinokontrol ang mga financial resources ng babae o bata, tulad ng paghinto sa pagbigay ng sustento, paghadlang sa pagkakaroon ng trabaho, o pagkontrol sa pera ng biktima.
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Ang economic ab[u]se ay pwedeng magdulot ng kaso at puwedeng magdemanda ang biktima para sa support at compensation.



4. S€xu@l Violence
✅Ang s€xu@l violence ay anumang uri ng s€xu@l ass@%lt, pang-aabuso, o pwersahang s€ksw@l na gawain, tulad ng r@p€, s€xu@l l har@$$m€nt, at iba pang uri ng s€xu@l e .
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Ang s€xu@l violence ay isang malubhang kaso at ang mga perpetrators ay pwedeng makulong at harapin ang matinding parusa.

5. St@lk!ng and H@ra$$m€nt
— ito ay kapag paulit-ulit na tinutukso, kinakalabit, o tinatangkang takutin ang biktima, at nagdudulot ng takot at pangamba.
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Ito ay isang uri ng psychological violence, at pwedeng magsampa ng kaso ang biktima laban sa ab[u]ser.



6. Verbal Ab[u]se
—Ang verbal abuse ay mga salitang ginagamit upang mang-insulto, mangmura, o magbigay ng mental na pananakit sa biktima.
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Ang verbal ab[u]se ay bahagi ng psychological violence, kaya pwedeng kasuhan ang nagpapakita ng ganitong pag-uugali.

7. Thr€ and Intimidation
—ito ay kapag ang isang tao ay nagbibigay ng banta o nanggigipit para magdulot ng takot o pananakot sa biktima.
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Ang intimidation at mga banta ay pwedeng magsanhi ng kaso ng psychological violence o physical violence.

8. Neglect and Abandonment
—Ang neglect o pag-abandona ay kapag hindi binibigyan ng sustento o pangangalaga ang mga anak, at pinababayaan ang kanilang kaligtasan at kapakanan.
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Ang mga magulang na hindi nagbibigay ng sustento sa kanilang mga anak ay pwedeng kasuhan sa ilalim ng RA 9262.



9. Reproductive Violence
—Ang reproductive violence ay kapag pinipilit ng abuser ang babae na magbuntis, m@gp@l , o gawing kontrolado ang kanyang reproductive health.
📍Pwedeng kasuhan:
Ito ay isang uri ng s€xu@l violence at pwedeng magdulot ng kaso laban sa ab[u]ser.

Nakakaranas ka ba ng isa sa mga ito?

Huwag mag-atubiling mag-file ng kaso at ipaglaban ang iyong karapatan. Kung ikaw o ang iyong anak ay biktima ng anumang uri ng karahasan, may mga ahensya at institusyon na handang tumulong:

• Mag-file sa pinakamalapit na Barangay Hall para sa blotter at mediation.
• Family Court para sa mga kaso ng child support, custody, o VAWC.
• DSWD para sa financial assistance at legal guidance.
• Police para sa agarang pagtugon at protection orders.

Mahalaga na hindi ka magpaiwan sa ganitong sitwasyon. May mga legal na hakbang na pwedeng gawin para protektahan ang iyong sarili at ang mga anak mo. Hindi ka nag-iisa—makipag-ugnayan sa mga ahensya at huwag matakot magsalita.

Nandito ang batas para sa iyo, kaya mag-file na ngayon!
