In line with the support for the Governor’s Community Engagement Initiative, please be informed that at about 3:45 PM on August 28, 2026, PMAJ LARRY L. VIBAR, Acting Chief of Police (ACOP) of this station, conducted the Best Practice activity entitled “Tambay Time sa Barangay: Kapehan at Kwentuhan with PNP,” together with the Barangay Officials and Barangay Tanods, at the Barangay Hall of Brgy. Poblacion Norte, Barcelona, Sorsogon. The activity provided an avenue for the PNP and community members to engage in a friendly and meaningful dialogue, discuss peace and order concerns, share information on crime prevention and public safety, and strengthen police-community partnership, cooperation, and trust.

Personnel of Barcelona MPS conducted a checkpoint operation at Brgy. Poblacion Sur, Barcelona Sorsogon to ensure public safety, maintain peace and order, and prevent criminal activities. The activity enhanced police visibility and ended peacefully with no untoward incident reported.

PAALALA SA KALSADA: KALIGTASAN ANG UNAHIN!

Maging alerto at laging mag-ingat sa mga container truck at heavy vehicles, lalo na sa mga blind spots at malalaking sasakyan.
Iwasan ang overspeeding, gumamit ng seatbelt, panatilihin ang ligtas na agwat, at maging maingat sa pag-overtake upang maiwasan ang aksidente.

Sa pangunguna ni PCOL ALEX C DANIEL, Provincial Director, ang Sorsogon Police Provincial Office ay patuloy na nananawagan para sa ligtas, disiplinado, at responsableng paglalakbay ng bawat isa. Kaligtasan sa Kalsada, Sagot ng Bawat Isa!
