Maaaring kumuha ng Voter Certification sa:

1.) 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 na nakakasakop sa lungsod o bayan kung saan ka nagparehistro; o
2.) 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 - 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗖𝗙𝗗), FEMII Building, extension Cabildo Street, Intramuros, Manila.

Ang Applications for Registration na natanggap ng COMELEC mula April 1, 2026 hanggang May 18, 2026 ay sumasailalim pa sa Election Registration Board (ERB) Hearing na nagsimula sa June 1, 2026.

Para sa mga naaprubahan na ang registration application, mangyaring makipag-ugnayan muna sa Election Officer ng iyong lungsod o bayan kung kailan maaaring makakuha ng Voter Certification.

Mariing pinag-iingat ang publiko sa mga nakakalitong pahayag sa social media kung matutuloy o hindi ang Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan Elections ngayong taon.

Para sa kaalaman at kapanatagan ng lahat, ang Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan Elections ay isasagawa sa November 2, 2026, ayon sa Republic Act No. 12232.

Ang batas na ito ay pinirmahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. noong August 13, 2025. Hindi na ito maituturing na “Breaking News” tulad nang nakasaad sa social media post ng Asenso Ka Barangay page sa kanang bahagi.

PAALALA na ang pagpapalaganap ng maling impormasyon upang maging sanhi ng kalituhan ng mga botante ay maaaring ituring na Election Offense sa ilalim ng Section 261(z)(11) ng Omnibus Election Code.

"POLITICAL DYNASTIES SKEW ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS TO FAVOR ELITES INTEREST"

The Supreme Court (SC), speaking through Associate Justice Antonio Kho Jr., emphasized that the Constitutional prohibition against political dynasties is clear and unequivocal, noting that it is intended to dismantle the concentration of political power in the hands of a few families that distorts economic and political institutions in ways that favor and protect elite interests.

This came after the high court upheld the decision of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to cancel the Certificate of Candidacy (COC) of a candidate in the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) for violating the anti-dynasty provisions of the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act.

In its ruling, the Court recognized Republic Act No. 10742, or the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, as Congress’ response to the Constitution’s mandate to define and regulate political dynasties, at least at the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan levels.

The circulating posts on social media alleging a data breach in COMELEC by stating that 83,910,248 million Filipino voters' information have been compromised are NOT TRUE.

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) reassures the Filipino public that all data and information of voters stored within the COMELEC network and database are COMPLETE and SECURE.

This comes after the thorough verification and investigation conducted by the COMELEC Information Technology Department Security Incident Response Team (ITD SIRT).
