Today marks another meaningful milestone for our municipality as we gather for the blessing and turnover of our Barangay Response Vehicles.
Guided by our vision of making Barotac Nuevo a disaster-resilient community, we have taken the initiative to equip our barangays with the essential resources they can immediately use during emergencies and other situations requiring urgent assistance.

May these vehicles always be used for their true purpose: to serve our people, respond in times of need, and save lives.
I would also like to commend our LGU departments, Sangguniang Bayan Members, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this project possible. We are also grateful to Deputy Speaker Ferj Biron for his overwhelming support in our municipality.
As I look back on the years we have worked together, one of my greatest aspirations has always been to leave behind a legacy that goes beyond projects and infrastructureโa legacy founded on service, preparedness, compassion, and the unwavering commitment to put the welfare of our people first.
