The Municipality of Barotac Viejo successfully conducted its 2nd Quarterly Local Health Board Meeting, presided over by the ever dynamic and staunch public health advocate, Hon. Nielo Bongbong Tupas.
Joining the meeting were key local officials including Vice Mayor, Hon. Vivian Buenavista, Sangguniang Bayan Members Hon. Honielette Engada and Hon. Jesus T. Balila, Liga President. Also present was Dr. Cenon Guiban, Chief of Hospital II, Gov Niel D. Tupas Sr District Hospital.
Representatives from partner agencies actively participated, including the Iloilo Provincial Health Office, Ma’am Maita Demaisip, DMO and PDOHO Iloilo, Sir Jude Onayan, DMO IV.
The meeting was further strengthened by the presence of stakeholders from various sectors such as NAMIAS, Civil Society Organizations, PDAO, the Department of Education, the Armed Forces of the Philippines Community Support Group, MLGOO Sir Vincent Aaron Andaya, Municipal Budget Officer Ma’am April Rose Salvadico, Municipal Assessor, Ma’am Rona Baretto, Dr. Jaspare Barrido, LDRRMO, and MENRO represented by Ma’am Baby Joy Baldelovar.
