The Municipality of Basay, Negros Oriental thru its Market and Slaughter House Committee invites interested applicants to bid for the following vacant Market Stalls.

The bidding is set on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣.𝗠 at Basay New Public Market.

To qualify as a bidder the following documents must be submitted to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office before the bidding date.

a. Letter of intent showing his/ her interest to rent the vacant stall.

Any interested party may contact the Municipal Treasurer’s Office or Office of the Administrator of Basay, Negros Oriental.

The Local Government Unit of Basay reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive and defect of informality on the bids received, accepts the bids most advantageous to the government and assumes no obligations whatever to compensate or indemnity the bidders for any expenses or loss that maybe incurred in their participation to the bidding.

RPVARA: Real Property Tax Amnesty
The Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) is a law in the Philippines that aims to standardize real property valuation. The law was enacted on June 13, 2024.

Under the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), RA 12001, a tax amnesty is available, waiving penalties, surcharges, and interests on unpaid real property taxes incurred before July 5, 2024, and is available until July 5, 2026, allowing one-time payment or under Compromised Agreement.
