Tanking on superb ball movement and shot creation, Team Buscada denied the Responders with a score 78-69 to take home the win during the game 5 of the Second Mayor's Cup Basketball Tournament 2025 at the Basey Gymnasium.

The Responders and Buscada lineup went basket after basket, giving a surreal basketball experience to the audience, even tying the scored at the end of the third frame, 58 all.

Mr. Tats from Buscada team sizzled late, sinking most of his baskets in the last quarter to hand the Responders its loss.

Tats was named the best player of the game with 17 points, 6 assists, and 4 rebounds.

Showcasing technical know-how and board dominance, WLF Sawa narrowly pass through the Team Embankment in a close battle of 77-75 win to take home the game 4 of the Second Mayor's Cup Basketball Tournament 2025 at the Basey Gymnasium.

WLF and Embankment poured on stealthy board dominance and an engage of baskets for all periods of the game, as the Embankment tried to cruise closely with the WLF. However, this effort would fall short as Raffy Gravador of WLF made sure to sink the closing shots to take home game 4.

Raffy Gravador of WLF was named best player of the game with 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists.

Banking on shot efficiency and smart passing, Petron players dismantled the BPI team during the third game of the Second Mayor's Cup Basketball Tournament with a 35- point demolition, 96-61.

The crafty passing and offensive prowess of Raymond Boniel, the 2024 Basey Inter-Brgy Basketball tournament MVP, lead the way for the petron to secure a sure advantage even during the first outing, 33-12. The dominance of Boniel and Gunner continued until the final tick of the clock.

Boniel was named the best player of the game with 14 points and 5 assists.
