𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢 | Under the guidance and supervision of JCSUPT RILL F SONON, DSC, JD, Regional Director of BJMP Region 8, the Basey Municipal Jail, led by Acting Jail Warden SJO4 Alvin M Alve, discussed topic about Refinement in Human Dealings. JO1 Felix Joshua Selvio stated it is the practice of treating everyone with courtesy, respect, patience, and understanding. In jail service, it is shown through respectful communication, impartiality, self-control, and recognition of the dignity of every PDL. It promotes professionalism, harmony, and a positive environment conducive to rehabilitation.

SJO2 Gilbert C Padullo stated that it involves understanding the needs and circumstances of PDL while treating them with patience, respect, and compassion. It also means maintaining professionalism, discipline, and vigilance while ensuring their safety, security, and proper custody throughout every es**rt duty.

𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗔𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗡, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, 𝗝𝗗, 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗕𝗝𝗠𝗣-𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗜𝗜, personally conducted a rank inspection and compliance check at Basey Municipal Jail.

The activity included the inspection of personnel ranks, verification of issued fi****ms, and checking of ATM cards to ensure proper accountability, compliance, and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Such inspections reinforce discipline, professionalism, and accountability among BJMP personnel in the performance of their duties.

Basey Municipal Jail remains committed to upholding the standards of the Bureau and maintaining professionalism in jail management and operations.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢S | Under the guidance and supervision of JCSUPT RILL F SONON, DSC, JD, Regional Director of BJMP Region 8, the Basey Municipal Jail, led by Acting Jail Warden SJO4 Alvin M Alve actively participated in the Civic Parade held in celebration of the Vesper Day of the Basey Town Fiesta.

The parade brought together government agencies, organizations, and members of the community in a meaningful display of unity, camaraderie, and community spirit. BMJ’s participation reflects its commitment to strengthening partnership with the community while supporting local traditions and celebrations.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢S | Under the guidance and supervision of JCSUPT RILL F SONON, DSC, JD, Regional Director of BJMP Region 8, the Basey Municipal Jail, led by Acting Jail Warden SJO4 Alvin M Alve attended the 3rd Quarter Joint Meeting of the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC), Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), and Municipal Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (MTF-ELCAC) conducted on September 23, 2024, at the DRRM Building, 3rd Floor Function Hall, Municipal Grounds, Sta. Rita, Samar.

The meeting provided an avenue for government agencies and stakeholders to discuss peace and order concerns, anti-illegal drug initiatives, and collaborative efforts toward community peace and development.

The Basey Municipal Jail BMJ actively participated in the meeting, represented by SJO4 Alvin M Alve, Acting Jail Warden, reaffirming its commitment to inter-agency cooperation and the promotion of a safe, peaceful, and orderly community.

Through continued collaboration and shared responsibility, BMJ supports initiatives that contribute to peace, security, and sustainable development.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢 | Under the guidance and supervision of JCSUPT RILL F SONON, DSC, JD, Regional Director of BJMP Region 8, the Basey Municipal Jail, led by Acting Jail Warden SJO4 Alvin M Alve, discussed topic about Integrity. JO1 Odo stated that Integrity in jail service is demonstrated by a jail officer who consistently does what is right, honest, and fair, even without supervision. He performs his duties responsibly, follows established rules and procedures, respects the rights and dignity of PDL, and remains accountable for his actions. Through honesty and professionalism, he helps maintain trust, discipline, security, and a rehabilitative environment within the jail facility.
