With hearts dedicated to service and education, Hon. Sitti Aisa Asambli, SK Chairwoman of Barangay Tampalan, together with the SK Officials, successfully distributed free school supplies to the students of Madrasa Mahad Attarbiyya Ash-shar’ie. 📚✨

Out of 120 students, 98 received school supplies to help support their studies and encourage them to continue pursuing knowledge and faith.

Special thanks to the Gurus of the students for their dedication, patience, and guidance in shaping the future of our youth. May Allah reward you abundantly. 🤲💙

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tampalan successfully conducted its Free Iftar Program, distributing packed meals to 6 mosques.

Under the leadership of SK Chairperson, Hon. Sitti Aisa Asambli, RN, MAN, this initiative reflects the council's dedication and commitment to serving with sincerity, unity, and compassion during the blessed month of Ramadan. The success of this activity was made possible through the collective efforts of the SK Officials and volunteers who generously shared their time and service.

May this meaningful undertaking bring barakah to everyone involved and strengthen the spirit of generosity and solidarity within the community. May Allah accept all our efforts and grant abundant rewards to those who contributed. 🌙✨🤍

𝗦𝗞 𝗙𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗦 𝗙𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗕𝗨𝗗𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 | The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation, led by Councilor Naila Belleng, in partnership with the Liga ng mga Barangay headed by ABC President Abral Abdurahman and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)–Isabela City, continued the second day of its Orientation-Workshop on the Preparation and Formulation of the SK Budget pursuant to DBM-DILG-NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, Series of 2025, on October 9 at Joveth’s Hall.

The activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of SK officials in fiscal management and planning, equipping them with updated knowledge on the appropriation, release, and utilization of SK funds. The activity gathered the second batch of SK participants representing the barangays of Aguada, Baluno, Begang, Binuangan, Cabunbata, Calvario, Diki, Doña Ramona, Kapatagan Grande, Kapayawan, Kaumpurnah Zones I, II, and III, Maligue, Masula, Menzi, Panunsulan, Port Area, Riverside, Seaside, Small Kapatagan, Sumagdang, Timpul, and Tampalan.

Representing Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, City Administrator Pedrito Eisma reaffirmed the city’s commitment to empowering youth leaders as responsible stewards of public resources, while ABC President Abdurahman urged SK officials to design programs responsive to the needs of young Isabelenos.

Hon. Naila S. Belleng, Chairperson on Youth, chaired the public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Youth Code of Isabela City, yesterday, September 16, 2025, at the SP Session Hall, Isabela City.

Hon. Belleng was joined by Ms. Levinia Jarejolne, Local Youth Development Officer, and City Legal Officer, Atty. Rosebell Sanson, who provided clarifications and facilitated the discussion. They addressed questions from the members of the Sanggunian and invited guests.

Present during the public hearing were Councilors: Hon. James Abner S. Rodriguez, Hon. Asan Al-Ameen Camlian, Hon. Jashim Tiplani, and Hon. Khaleedsher Asarul.

Following thorough deliberations and recommendations, the proposed amendments were approved at the Committee Level.

Last August 23, 2025, the Sangguniang Kabataan, the Local Youth Development Council, and the Local Youth Development Office came together for a Team Building Activity at the beautiful Lampinigan Island.

The day was filled with fun activities, laughter, and learning—all designed to foster camaraderie, build stronger connections, and strengthen teamwork among our youth leaders and partners.

Through this experience, we are reminded that leadership is not just about individual strength, but about working together, supporting each other, and moving forward as one united team for the youth of Isabela City.

Kudos to everyone who joined and embraced the spirit of collaboration and unity!
