When the youth come together, their energy becomes a force for positive change. With the spirit of unity, service, and leadership at heart, the Municipality of Tuburan celebrated 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 with the theme, "𝘿𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙨, 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨" and series of activities that encouraged the youth to stay active, informed, united, and ready to take part in building a stronger community.

From running for a cause and caring for the environment to learning about important issues that affect young people, the celebration was filled with activities that promoted leadership, awareness, service, and unity.

The visit marked the formal introduction of the Center's new Director following his installation on May 1, 2026, and reaffirmed the Center's commitment to developing a capable and responsive reserve force while strengthening collaboration with local government units in humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and community development initiatives.

Mayor Durie S. Kallahal expressed his appreciation for the continued partnership between the Local Government Unit of Tuburan and the Philippine Army, emphasizing the importance of unified efforts in promoting peace, public safety, disaster preparedness, and sustainable development for the people of Tuburan.

A warm welcome from 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗦. 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹, who expressed his gratitude to everyone who joined and emphasized the importance of promoting responsible sportsmanship while strengthening friendship and solidarity within and beyond the community.

A special message was also delivered by 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝗷𝗶𝘃 𝗦. 𝗛𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻, who commended the Municipality of Tuburan for organizing activities that foster unity, discipline, and community involvement through sports.

𝗧𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗜𝗞 𝗙𝗨𝗡 𝗥𝗨𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The Municipality of Tuburan officially kicked off the 𝗧𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗸 𝗙𝗨𝗡 𝗥𝗨𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, bringing together runners and supporters from both within and outside the municipality in a morning filled with energy and unity.

𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗦. 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹 welcomed all participants through his opening message, expressing his gratitude for the overwhelming support and encouraging everyone to enjoy the event while promoting health and camaraderie.

A special message was also delivered by 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗦 𝗦 𝗧𝗨𝗣𝗔𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔 highlighting the importance of unity and community participation. He also extended his heartfelt appreciation to everyone who joined the Fun Run, especially the participants who came from both within and outside the municipality, making the event a true celebration of unity.

The Municipality of Tuburan officially commenced the celebration of its 𝟱𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗸 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 through a meaningful 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 held at the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 today, 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The event gathered local officials, partner agencies, community leaders, and residents in a celebration of Tuburan's rich heritage, remarkable achievements, and shared vision for continued growth and development.

One of the most anticipated highlights of the program was the 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 (𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗔) delivered by 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗦. 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹. In his address, Mayor Kallahal presented the municipality's significant accomplishments, ongoing development initiatives, and key milestones achieved through the collective efforts of the local government and the people of Tuburan. He also outlined the administration's future priorities, reaffirming its commitment to responsive governance, inclusive development, and quality public service for the people of Tuburan.
