Daily PNP Personnel Accounting and Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE)

On May 11, 2026, The Technical Support Company RMFB14-B personnel, led by PCPT DAVIS B PANISIGAN, Officer-in-Charge, conducted the Daily PNP Personnel Accounting and Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) on adherence to the Doctrine of Command Responsibility and the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards in upholding the PNP core values: Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa. He emphasized that every police officer plays a vital role in Police Community Relations (PCR). The activity was held at the Camangaan, Maluso, Basilan.
