WHO: Senior High School and College Students
WHEN: June 20, 2022 (last day of submission all the requirements)

📎QUALIFICATIONS:

☑️The student must be enrolled;
☑️Must be a Senior High School and College student;
☑️Must be 15-30 years old;
☑️Must be a bonafide resident of Barangay Oliva, Basud, Camarines Norte;
☑️All Tertiary and Senior High School Students Only;


📎REQUIREMENTS:

📌FOR TERTIARY:
☑️Letter of intent/Application letter (Printed or handwritten)
☑️Photocopy of Identification Card (I.D)
☑️Photocopy of Registration form or any proof of enrollment

📌FOR SENIOR H.S.:
☑️Letter of intent/Application letter (Printed or handwritten)
☑️Photocopy of Identification Card (I.D) and or photocopy of report card or Certificate of Enrollment Form.
