📌 First Quarter General Assembly
February 12, 2026
The UCBEA successfully conducted its First Quarter General Assembly.
A significant highlight of the assembly was the Election of the New Set of UCBEA Officers for the term April 2026–March 2029. The election process was conducted to ensure a smooth leadership transition and continued organizational stability.

The agenda also included discussions on HR Matters by Sir Marlon Franco Soria, addressing concerns relevant to members’ welfare and organizational policies. The assembly concluded with an Open Forum, allowing members to raise questions, provide recommendations, and express concerns in the spirit of collaboration and unity.

A productive and collaborative gathering that reinforces transparency, accountability, and strong leadership for the years ahead.

In the spirit of the holiday season, an outreach program was conducted at Barangay Payao—sharing kindness and smiles that truly reflected the spirit of giving with the community members of Barangays Payao, Colo, Mabaleng, Quiom, and Maipalig.

The Year-End General Assembly Meeting of the United City of Batac Employees Association was successfully held, followed by the City Government of Batac Yuletide Christmas Party.

A Pamadayaw Awarding Ceremony was conducted to honor and recognize employees who have excelled in their work and demonstrated outstanding service.

The celebration was filled with joy and excitement through raffle prizes, tokens, and cash prizes enjoyed by everyone.

Special thanks to our generous donors both from abroad and locally, City Officials headed by our supportive City Mayor Hon. Markee Chua, for sharing their blessings and making this event truly memorable.

𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦: 𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞! 🎁🎄

On December 28, 2024, the UCBEA Officers shed light and gave smiles to the selected individuals of Barangay Pimentel by giving them a simple gift that surely made them feel the presence of Christmas. ✨

By that, we would like to express our warmest gratitude to all the people who contributed to this program. We truly appreciate your kindness, which has brought hope and joy to many people. We would also like to thank our City Officials headed by the City Mayor, Engr. Albert D. Chua for supporting us in the implementation of this outreach program.
We have successfully given 100 recipients a food package, hyigiene kit, 5kilos of rice, canned goods, vitamins, food supplements, and made their Christmas full of light and love. 🫶🏻

Lastly, we are beyond thankful to the officials of Barangay Pimentel headed by PB Teodorico Casauran for welcoming and supporting us in giving blessings to the selected individuals. We truly appreciate your unwavering kindness and participation. 🙌🏻

This outreach program is a reminder to all that Christmas is the season of giving, so let us not forget to share love with our family, friends, and the people around us. 🥰

In celebration of Christmas, the season of joy and thanksgiving, the UCBEA Officers called its annual Year-End Employees General Assembly last December 20, 2024 at the Imelda Cultural Center. It was then followed by City Government of Batac Pammadayaw , Praise Awarding Ceremonies & Christmas Fellowship.

The ICC lit up with vibrant lights, high-spirited with loud music, and was filled with CGB employees wearing their outfit with the theme: SILK or HAT Party, together with the City Officials headed by the City Mayor, Engr. Albert D. Chua.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the raffle draw where an almost a hundred of prizes were given. Adding to that, every employee was given with a token from UCBEA upon registration.

The UCBEA Year-End Assembly and CGB Christmas Party were considered to be unforgettable events, cultivating strong camaraderie and a sense of community among its dedicated workforce.
