🚧 **ROAD CLOSURE ADVISORY** 🚧

The Public Safety, Information and Assistance Division (PSIAD) informs the public that the road going to Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center at Smith St corner Oeste St, Barangas San Julian and Cal-lahuip, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic due to ongoing road repair works.

📍 Location: Smith St. cor. Oeste St., Brgys. San Julian & Cal-laguip, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte
🚧 Reason: Road Repair and Maintenance
⏰ Duration: Until completion of the road repair works

Motorists and commuters are advised to use alternative routes, observe traffic signs and personnel, and exercise caution when passing through the affected area.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | The 56th Infantry “TATAG” Battalion, 7th Infantry “Kaugnay” Division, Philippine Army is conducting the Joint Task Force Kaugnay Territorial Defense Rehearsal from August 24–28, 2026.

This is a scheduled military exercise aimed at strengthening preparedness, coordination, and territorial defense operations.

The public may notice increased military presence and activities in connection with the exercise. We ask for everyone’s cooperation and understanding during its conduct.
