The National ID Mobile Registration Team will be in PIMENTEL, City of Batac this Saturday , 16 May 2026. 8 am-2 pm
Residents are encouraged to visit the designated registration sites and avail of National ID services.
π Registration is open for the following age groups:
β’ 0 β 1 year old
β’ 1 β 4 years old
β’ 5 years old and above
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
For Ages 0 β 4 Years Old:

Original Birth Certificate (PSA-issued, Local Civil Registry copy, or Certificate of Live Birth)
β
National ID of accompanying parent/guardian (PhilID / ePhilID / Digital National ID)
For Ages 5 Years Old and Above:

Original Birth Certificate (PSA-issued)
β
For married women: PSA-issued Certificate of Marriage and Birth Certificate (PSA-issued or LCR copy)
β
OR any valid Government-issued ID
For Issuance of National ID in Paper Form (ePhilID):

Transaction Reference Number (TRN)
For Updating Demographic Information:
β’ Change of Marital Status: PSA-issued Certificate of Marriage
β’ Change of Address: Certificate of Residency
